Details Of Aubameyang’s Arsenal Deal Set To Make Him Club’s Highest Paid Player

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has agreed to sign a new contract with Arsenal which will keep him at the club for the next three years.

The 31-year-old club captain has been on the negotiating table with Arsenal for several weeks but both parties have finally reached an agreement and the deal is set to be made official ahead of the new Premier League season on Saturday.

According to details revealed by respected football journalist, David Ornstein on his Twitter page on Thursday morning, Aubameyang’s new deal is a 3-year-contract which will see him become the highest-paid player at Arsenal.

Currently, Mesut Ozil is Arsenal’s highest-paid player with a £350,000-a-week contract but Aubameyang’s new deal which will see him remain with Arsenal until 2023 is set to eclipse Ozil’s wage.
